Deep in the backwoods of Florida "big bend" are honey plants that are far from any agriculture and civilization with a pristine clean enviroment. It is here we discovered the light floral honey from the "lowbush" gallberry that is held in high esteem by the local beekeepers. It is so good, we were inspired to create a new label for it based on the Seminole native peoples.
