I come from Illinois and I drive all the way to Michigan to pick up my honey in bulk every year. This year for the first time I read the description online and got confused because it states: "This is truly raw honey - no heating, no filtering, no processing, just the honey - straight from the hive, into the bucket, and to your house" and the title Raw Whipped Creamed Honey.
Could anyone explain to me what creamed honey truly means in that case?
It is processing so why it is described as a nonprocessed honey? I spent almost $1,000 on my honey this year and I feel cheated
