Tupelo Honey
Some honey is simply made. This honey is earned.
For over 45 years, Kirk and Sharon Jones have kept bees across two states, following the bloom south to Florida each season in pursuit of one of nature's rarest treasures. In 2001 they found their farm near Chipley, Florida — close to the Apalachicola River, one of the last great Tupelo rivers in the world. What followed was years of patient work, trusted friendships, and river bottoms discovered one conversation at a time.
