Creamed or spun honey is micro-crystalline honey with a buttery smooth taste on the tongue. We slowly spin the honey and fruit for days until the honey becomes a fine spreadable creme. Utterly delicious.

Honey creme spreads are honey spreads made with Star Thistle honey and pure fruit. Delicious on crackers, toast, English muffins, baked meats and straight out of the jar. Most of our fruits are from local farmers here in the heart of Michigan’s premier orchard country.

What is creamed honey?
Our creamed or crème honey is pure seeded with pure finely crystallized pure honey to promote granulation with a smooth butter like mouthfeel. We blend all natural fruits with some of our crème spreads.
